Return Policy

We will gladly accept Your return if the Goods are damaged or incorrect. We will NOT accept returns if the Goods are damaged or broken by You for proper or improper use. 

Eligibility

  • The Goods must be returned in the same condition as You received them. 

  • You should also include all of the Goods’ instructions, documents, and wrappings. 

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date. 

  • We can't offer You a refund or exchange if returns are submitted 30 days after the ship date.

  • There is NO additional charge for returns.

  • You will be solely responsible for payment of the courier’s shipping fees. 

Procedure

  1. If You want to return or exchange an item, please email me at contact@awhirlmusic.com 

  2. You must include in the email the following information: 

    • An explanation of the Goods’ condition and/or problems

    • One or a few pictures that clearly show the part(s) of the Goods that have the issues.

    • You want, either a refund or an exchange.

  3. We will send You a confirmation email that Your request was successfully submitted.

  4. When We reply to your request, send back the Goods via Your choice of delivery method. You are responsible for the shipping fee.

  5. Once We receive the Goods, We will send you another email to notify You if the return request is accepted or not. 

  6. When We issue You a return, refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to process from the date the Goods are returned to the Company. When We decide the request is not acceptable, the Goods will be returned to You. In the event You refuse this shipment, We reserve the right to retain the Goods and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.
